The Love Your Body photoshoot is a healing and transformative journey that invites you to reclaim and reconnect with the beauty, power and sacredness of your body.

This experience is designed for women who have experienced the alienation and disillusionment that can come from weight loss or gain, childbirth, surgery, abuse, aging, or societal pressures.

If you've felt disconnected from your body, this is an invitation to reconnect on your own terms—to rewrite the narrative and embrace your unique journey towards self-love and trust that life loves you.

This is an intimate and highly personalised experience tailored to your needs. You can choose a variety of outfits to wear, be semi-nude or fully nude. The images will always reflect your wishes and will be artistic in style. I use secluded and beautiful locations in nature, which hold a safe and nurtuing space for you to witness yourself in a way that reflects your inner strength and beauty. With each image captured, you'll reawaken your vision of self—an embodied and heartfelt vision that reignites your spark, empowers your actions, enabling you to reclaim the woman that you truly are.

Inner Goddess Photoshoot.

The Inner Goddess photoshoot is a celebratory journey where you can express your divine feminine essence, shed the layers of daily life and reconnect with the sacred essence of your being, however she chooses to be seen.

This experience is designed for women who wish to access their divine feminine power and celebrate all that they are.

Stepping in front of the camera is an empowering act of self-confidence. If you are dealing with anxiety or low self-esteem, the experience of embodying and witnessing your goddess energy can have a lasting impact on your self-esteem and self-image.

The 'Love Your Body' photoshoot and the 'Inner Goddess' photoshoot intertwine - when  you start witnessing yourself as a divine feminine woman you will access the archetype of the goddess that resides within you, and vice versa.

The difference between the two shoots is the starting intention and how we approach the shoot together. If you can't decide which one to choose that is no problem, we will chat about your vision. Sally's empowering journey.

After a mastectomy for breast cancer, Sally was left feeling estranged and alienated from her body. It was important for her to feel nurtured, reconnect with her power and to look at herself with compassion and love.

"When I asked Vanessa if she would consider doing a photo shoot for me a year after my mastectomy, I have to say I was quite nervous never having done anything like this before. My mastectomy had made me very sad about the way I looked and felt about my body, despite the fact I understood that the surgery was essential to saving my life.

Vanessa and I chatted on the phone beforehand where she got to know more about me, my story and the feelings I was struggling with. On the day of the photoshoot, she found a beautiful, private location by a river in the woods creating a serene and calming atmosphere which allowed me to feel connected to my surroundings and truly at ease. The resulting pictures were so lovely.

Vanessa’s understanding and talent as a photographer played a significant role in helping me regain confidence and celebrate my body. Her ability to let the session unfold organically and provide helpful suggestions demonstrates her expertise and sensitivity as a photographer.  I was able to overcome my initial self-consciousness and have fun during the session.

The Empowering photoshoot process.

A transformational journey.

 

1. Consultation call or meeting

We get to know each other. I can answer any questions you may have about your photoshoot experience and gain an understanding of your needs and your vision. We will then agree a suitable date for your photoshoot.

2. Empowerment Add ons

If you've chosen an add on for your package such as; an oracle reading, a healing or a shamanic journey, we will do this before we design the photoshoot. The information that comes from it can be used to prepare you for the shoot, influence style and mood, and guide your overall choices.

3. Guidance & design

You will receive guidance on choosing location, mood, props and styling that will make you shine.  If required, I can put you in touch with award winning make-up artists and hair stylists if you wish to book them at an extra cost.

4. Check-in

We will check-in a few days before the photoshoot to talk over arrangements, check the weather conditions and ensure all bookings, styling and props are in place and ready to go.

5. Your Empowering photoshoot

This is play time! We will meet at the agreed location and set our intentions for the photoshoot. You will receive my gentle guidance and support with poses, to ensure you feel at ease in front of the camera and look your best. I like to keep things relaxed and easy. We will follow inspirations and discover new ways of being. Together we will co-create stunning images that resonate your beauty and power.

6. Delivery of your images

Your images will be professionally edited with a light touch up. High resolution digital photographs ready to print for your personal and social media use, will be delivered to you via a gallery download two weeks from the date of the photoshoot. I will follow up to check you are completely satisfied with your images.
