What is Soul Retrieval: The Healing Journey
Soul retrieval is an ancient shamanic healing practice designed to address the impact of trauma and soul loss.
In indigenous cultures, soul loss was believed to occur during times of trauma, grief, or significant life events. It was believed that a part of the soul could become detached as a coping mechanism, leaving the individual feeling incomplete or disconnected. This fragmentation was often seen as the root cause of emotional and physical imbalances, leading to symptoms of illness or spiritual malaise.
Traditional healers would enter an altered state of consciousness to access the spiritual realms to locate and retrieve these lost soul parts, facilitating their safe return and integration. This process can bring profound healing, restoring a deep sense of wholeness and connection to one’s true essence. There is often a sense of ‘coming home’ or feeling like oneself once again.
Healing from trauma and soul loss is a courageous and transformative journey. It involves acknowledging and validating the pain and experiences that led to soul loss while cultivating a nurturing and supportive environment for inner healing.

The Soul Retrieval Training Course is an accredited and certified course. This qualification is designed for individuals, healers, health practitioners, coaches, counsellors and therapists who wish to use soul retrieval as a powerful healing modality and retrieve lost soul parts for themselves and others integrating this into their existing practice.
Soul retrieval adds an essential dimension to your work, as it addresses the restoration of fragmented soul parts and the underlying root causes of emotional and energetic imbalances.

Course Details:
This training course is non-residential.
It consists of one teaching zoom day and a teaching weekend, where you will have the opportunity to apply and integrate your skills in person.
The nature of the training is heart-centred, spirit-led and transformative. It fuses the ancient shamanic healing technique of soul-retrieval with contemporary psycho-spiritual and somatic approaches including the latest information on nervous system health.

- The foundational principles of soul retrieval.
- Understand the relationship between trauma and soul loss
- Navigating the shamanic worlds – Upper, middle and lower worlds.
Course Content Continued:
- Connecting with Spirit Helpers: Power animals and spirit guides
- Understand the significant role of the nervous system in soul retrieval work.
- Somatic approaches to regulate your client’s nervous system for a successful soul retrieval.
- Techniques for accessing altered states of consciousness to facilitate soul retrieval.
- Rituals for creating a safe and sacred space for soul retrieval sessions with your clients.
- Shamanic and somatic methods to integrate the retrieved aspects and for supporting clients through their healing journey after soul retrieval.
