Our accredited courses weave together somatic movement, dance, energy work, and therapeutic process, preparing you to support others — and yourself — through embodied, trauma-informed practice.

Our accredited Somatic Movement Dance Therapy training offers a complete pathway toward professional registration as a Somatic Movement Dance Therapist with UKSMDT.

Developed by Vanessa Tucker in collaboration with, and applying the pioneering work of Dr. Amanda Williamson, this three-level training invites you to explore the intelligence of the moving body, the nervous system, and the imagination as pathways to wholeness.
Through experiential learning, movement practice, and trauma-informed facilitation, you’ll develop the skills to guide others into safety, creativity, and embodied connection. Ideal for therapists, bodyworkers, teachers, and healers who wish to become a SMDT therapist or integrate somatic movement dance therapy into their professional or personal practice.

• Level 1 — Foundations of Somatic Movement Dance Therapy
  Develop embodied presence through breath, gravity, and sensing. Learn the fundamentals of safety, movement facilitation, and nervous system regulation.

• Level 2 — Intermediate: Deepening Practice SMDT
  Explore therapeutic touch, fascial and fluid movement, and spiritual practice in somatics. Learn how to integrate creative process, imagination, and relational attunement into your sessions.

• Level 3 — Community & Professional Registration SMDT
  Bring your skills to your community. Develop confidence in facilitating groups, guiding somatic inquiry, and integrating body, mind, spirit, and soul.

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful system of energy healing that restores balance to the body, mind, and spirit. At the Centre, we offer Reiki Healing Training from First Degree Reiki through to Reiki Master Level, taught in the traditional Usui lineage. Under Vanessa’s guidance as an experienced Reiki Master Teacher, you’ll learn both the practical and spiritual foundations of Reiki — from self-healing and hands-on practice to working professionally with clients. These trainings are grounded, accessible, and deeply nurturing, opening a lifelong relationship with universal life force energy.

A respectful, contemporary approach to soul retrieval and spirit-led healing that integrates somatic safety, grounded embodiment, and ethical practice.

In this powerful and practical four-session framework, you’ll explore the relationships between trauma, embodiment, and soul loss, learning to guide others through sacred processes of  empowerment and integration using movement, breath, and shamanic ritual. Rooted in the principles of therapeutic shamanism, polyvagal awareness, and body-based regulation, this integrative approach offers the participant a pathway home to themselves.
