The 2025 Walk Your Talk Retreat will be ‘moving hearts and touching souls’ on our 7- day January retreat holiday in Kerala. Expect to feel ‘loved-up’!
This year the Walk Your Talk retreat invites you to ’tend to your heart’. You will have opportunities to heal heart wounds, nurture heart health, feed heart passions, step into heart power and align your heart with nature’s dream, embracing heart-felt community.
We are going through a time of 'great change', which is causing uncertainty and transformation both personally and collectively. Staying balanced in these times is challenging, yet essential for our health and wellbeing. Using the transformative flame of the heart we will clear the paths, navigate the fears and feel into our passions.
Start your journey by immersing yourself in nature’s swaying palms and lapping waves as she holds a safe and nourishing space for you to come home. Come home to your body, come home to the land, come home to your truth and embrace the great story of your soul.
Experience daily yoga, somatic movement and meditation sessions all designed to regulate your nervous system, release holding and balance the body-mind. Embrace the transformative powers of your heart using a variety of psycho-spiritual, shamanic, and creative practices. Open your heart with a sacred Cacao Ceremony and embody the great story of your soul, feeling your vitality and health shine through. End your journey by honouring Mother Earth and celebrating ‘all that you are’ with a Shamanic Fire Ceremony.

We advise people to fly into Calicut airport (CCJ), North Kerala; at the time of writing this is the closest and most economical airport to the venue.
Etihad and Qatar airlines do good deals on flights via either Abu Dhabi, or Doha respectively. To find flights to Callicut (CCJ) also known as Khozikode we recommend http://www.skyscanner.net. It is a reliable website which gives you lots of choice.
Please note Kannur airport (CNN) has just been built and is only half an hour from the venue. At the time of writing the flights from Heathrow to Kannur were few and far between. Do check Kannur airport as they may have added more flights.
You can get a pre-paid taxi from the airport or the venue can arrange one for you at the usual local cost, which is approx £45 and takes around 2-3 hours depending on traffic.
You will need a tourist visa to come to India. You can either:
1. Get a regular tourist visa to India here.
2. Or get an e-tourist visa here
Please check your arrival airport before applying for the e-tourist visa. At the point of writing you can fly into Callicut or Kannur airports on an e-visa.
You can apply for the e-visa between 30 days and up to 4 days before departure to India. It is probably easier to apply for than the regular tourist visa because everything is done online. Remember that you will need to print out your visa form and take it with you.
We advise that you find out the latest information on the internet regarding entry rules into India, as they are changing all the time. We suggest you take all the correct precautions to be granted entry such as; vaccination, filling out required forms and taking out valid insurance. We cannot be held responsable for covid related issues. Also do be aware that each airport may have its on rules on entry into India.
I started Walk Your Talk retreats to support people to move forward in their lives, answer their calling and discover their story of greatness. It all developed from my personal healing journey of transformation. Read my journey of transformation here.
Mano will be teaching you Qigong on the retreat. He has over twenty years experience in the practice of Qigong and Tai Chi Chuan which supported him to maintain his health through a chronic illness. "I believe in making the amazing health and spiritual benefits of Qigong accessible to all."
Deepthi has dedicated her life to yoga, which helped her to heal a chronic illness. As a practising Yogi she supports her community by teaching yoga to children at government schools as well as holding a private teaching practice in Kannur, Kerala. She has recently completed her PHD in Yoga studies.
