Walk Your Talk Retreats are immersive, heart-opening experiences created to awaken your inner wisdom, heal deep wounds, and inspire self-love and authentic action.
This is more than a retreat. It’s a sacred homecoming.
You are invited into a timeless space where creativity, intuition, and deep healing flow freely — a nurturing sanctuary where you can reconnect with your true self, held by nature and supported by community.
2026 is a year to listen to our bodies, tend to our hearts and come back into balance, as we journey through the five archetypal elements — ether, air, fire, water, and earth — awakening harmony across every layer of your being: physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual. As you spiral through each element, you’ll uncover new insights, restore your strength, and deepen your sense of belonging — to the Earth, to others, and to yourself.
You’ll receive your own copy of our beautifully crafted ‘Spiralling Through the Elements’ guidebook, to carry this wisdom with you long after you return home.
Start the New Year with freshly squeezed soul wisdom, a deeply nurtured body and a joyful mind.
Let the healing power of Nature, ritual, somatic movement, and sacred connection guide your next chapter. Step forward as the most authentic, nourished version of you — and leave your footprint of love in the world.

🌍 Deep reconnection with Nature & Self (Nature is part of your transformational, healing journey)
There is no place like India. It is a land that sings to the soul — alive with colour, scent, sound, and sacred energy. Kerala, nestled between the Arabian Sea and lush, green mountains, is known as “God’s Own Country” — and once you arrive, you’ll understand why.
Here, nature is not separate from daily life — it is the heartbeat of the land. You’ll rise to the rhythm of ocean waves, eat freshly caught fish, and home-cooked food prepared with love and spice, and feel the golden light on your skin as you walk barefoot along secluded beaches. The land itself holds you and begins to gently restore the parts of you that feel disconnected, tired, or lost.
To be in India is to enter a sacred relationship with the world around you. It’s a place that doesn’t ask you to perform or pretend. It simply invites you to come home — to yourself, to the Earth, and to the pulse of life flowing through all things.
When you spend time immersed in such raw, untouched beauty, your nervous system softens. Your energy returns. Your heart opens. And with every sunset, every shared meal, and every moment of stillness, you remember:
You belong to something greater. You always have.
India nourishes you — not only through its landscape and food, but through its spirit. It awakens empathy, ignites compassion, and reminds you of the sacredness in all things. In this space, healing doesn’t feel like effort — it feels like remembering, like rejoining the flow of life, like being held by the Earth herself.
We have a maximum of 12 participants on our retreats in India making them intimate, friendly, relaxed & fun. The retreat venue in Kerala boasts nine double rooms all with en suite modern bathrooms; each with fantastic sea facing views of the Indian ocean and all a few footsteps from the secluded beach.
The venue is renowned throughout Kerala for their superb home-cooked food. All of the food on offer is a delicious array of Keralan delights. From the traditional Keralan dishes to the catch of the day. There is always an abundance of food and plenty of choice. Vegetarian & gluten-free options are available.

I started Walk Your Talk retreats in Kerala to support people to move forward in their lives, answer their calling and discover their story of greatness. It all developed from my personal healing journey of transformation in India.
Mano will be teaching you Qigong on the retreat. He has over twenty years experience in the practice of Qigong and Tai Chi Chuan which supported him to maintain his health through a chronic illness. "I believe in making the amazing health and spiritual benefits of Qigong accessible to all."
Deepthi has dedicated her life to yoga, which helped her to heal a chronic illness. As a practising Yogi she supports her community by teaching yoga to children at government schools as well as holding a private teaching practice in Kannur, Kerala. She has recently completed her PHD in Yoga studies.
Your heart is calling.
India is waiting.
And the time… is now.
This is your invitation to step out of the ordinary and into the extraordinary — to walk barefoot along healing shores, to reconnect with your body and breath, to be held by the wisdom of the elements, and to remember who you truly are.
Spaces are limited to just 12 soul-seekers to ensure a deeply personal, transformative experience. If you feel the call, trust it.
We advise people to fly into Calicut airport (CCJ), North Kerala; at the time of writing this is the closest and most economical airport to the venue.
Etihad and Qatar airlines do good deals on flights via either Abu Dhabi, or Doha respectively. To find flights to Callicut (CCJ) also known as Khozikode we recommend http://www.skyscanner.net. It is a reliable website which gives you lots of choice.
Please note Kannur airport (CNN) has just been built and is only half an hour from the venue. At the time of writing the flights from Heathrow to Kannur were few and far between. Do check Kannur airport as they may have added more flights.
You can get a pre-paid taxi from the airport or the venue can arrange one for you at the usual local cost, which is approx £50 and takes around 3 hours depending on traffic.
You will need a tourist visa to come to India. You can either:
1. Get a regular tourist visa to India here.
2. Or get an e-tourist visa here
Please check your arrival airport before applying for the e-tourist visa. At the point of writing you can fly into Callicut or Kannur airports on an e-visa.
You can apply for the e-visa between 30 days and up to 4 days before departure to India. It is probably easier to apply for than the regular tourist visa because everything is done online. Remember that you will need to print out your visa form and take it with you.
We advise that you find out the latest information on the internet regarding entry rules into India, as they are changing all the time. We suggest you take all the correct precautions to be granted entry such as; vaccination, filling out required forms and taking out valid insurance. We cannot be held responsable for covid related issues. Also do be aware that each airport may have its on rules on entry into India.
